To buy a gift certificate you can use our online Reservation Form (and in the comments section, specify that its a gift certificate and what for ie. Birthday, Anniversary, etc.) or call us at our toll free number: 1-800-808-7604. In both cases you will receive a Gift Certificate confirmation number to be used at the time of boarding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By providing your credit card number you have guaranteed your day excursion.

We have a Strict Cancellation Policy and No-Transfer Policy:

1-5 Guests 6 or More Guests

If you need to cancel or transfer the date of this booking, you MUST contact us prior to 7:30 am
TWO DAYS
BEFORE your sailing date. If your cancellation or date change is received less than 48 hours prior to your sailing date and time or if you are a No-Show at the time of sailing you will be charged a 100% cancellation penalty
